I am a personal chef and caterer whose work is driven by a connection to tradition, nature and simplicity.

I honed my craft in approachable seasonal Mediterranean cuisine as Head Chef at Smile To Go, where I executed high volume catering for film, art, fashion and entertainment clients.

I studied at the Natural Gourmet Institute and hold a certification in Food Therapy. I am also a self-taught bread baker, with an interest in naturally leavened sourdough and gluten-free pastries.

In 2017 I consulted on the opening of OTL, named one of "The Best Healthy Restaurants in Miami" by Bon Appetit Magazine. 

In 2019 I took on the role of in studio chef for artist Urs Fischer and his inimitable team.

Food is a way for me to connect my clients to what I believe is essential to a well lived life.
