Before working together, I like to get a sense of the clients palate. Each week I welcome feedback and incorporate it into the following week's meals. My goal is to understand dietary preferences and requirements (organic, light, vegan, gluten free, anti-inflammatory, etc.) and then create the most delicious food possible. I understand that how we eat is how we live, and the food choices we make not only influence our bodies, but also contribute to the health of our communities and planet. That’s why I source from purveyors and retailers whose values and practices support an equitable and sustainable future for all people.
